Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager Infrastructure, you will report to the Manager or Deputy Manager of Infrastructure. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Installation, Maintenance, and Monitoring: Oversee operating environments, networking devices, and infrastructure.
- Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Backup Solutions Management: Create and manage backup solutions using technologies like VMware and Data Domain.
- Logging and Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of system malfunctions, actions taken, and system health.
- System Upgradation and Patching: Ensure that all hardware and software are updated and running efficiently.
- Staff Training: Provide necessary training to new team members, helping them get acquainted with the infrastructure systems.
Qualification and Experience Requirements:
